Character Design Challenge - Specter

A collab with my friend Julio Reyna for the CDC of this month!

His name is Specter, once a domestic elf, he murdered his owner and took his wand and old quidditch uniform.
Even if his owner was secretly a death eater, the aurors now chase him to make him face justice.
